Project Overview

Inspired by the Henry Jaglom film ‘Déjà Vu’, the story centers on the theme of following your heart and trusting one’s intuition.

The underlying subtext of our story for the Patina residence is about this innate feeling of familiarity, Déjà Vu. It is one of my favorite films about odd coincidences that seem to align with destiny. With this theme in mind, our marketing visuals mirrored scenes staged as memories.

These nostalgic memories are taken from the perspective of the mother remembering when her kids were younger.

Starting a family is one of life’s major decision. It is the beginning of cherished memories to come − from a baby’s first steps to their very first day at school.

The film Déjà Vu is a love story of knowing whole-heartedly this is where you are meant to be.

Without questioning the why, my story for the Patina residence is a reflection of re-connecting the dots of the wonderful moments of ‘I feel I have been here before’.
